This house is a custom house constructed on a hill with a cantilevered structure on one side and a connected pool on the other. The barn structure was designed with one large 120’ x 50’ structure with a metal roof and dark gray siding. There are several courtyards that surround the house created by landscaping and accessory structures. The interiors are simple and there is a 35-foot ceiling height throughout the house on the first floor which makes for a grand sense of space in every room. The farm vernacular first used in this house became an iconic concept in this market.
